Ed Tobenas, DC
Ed Tobenas, DC - Director of Patient Education and Rehab

Dr. Tobenas completed his undergraduate degree at Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science. He then attended Life University's College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia, and earned his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He has been in practice since 2005 and is currently the Director of Patient Education and Rehab for Allcare Medical & Injury. He has over 14 years of experience treating patients suffering with acute injuries of auto accidents as well as chronic arthritic conditions that cause the patient daily pain. Whether you are young or old, Dr. Tobenas is ready to help you.

During his enrollment at Life University he began to learn about the Gonstead System where he quickly learned the biomechanics of the spine and body that are based on mechanical principles and how the Gonstead System provides scientific results and true corrections.

While at Palmer College of Chiropractic West he served as President of the Gonstead Study Club. As president, not only did he help manage but also taught the analysis class where chiropractic students learned the intricacies of the human spine and how to thoroughly analyze the vertebral column. Dr. Tobenas also found time to aid in the education of the college's Gonstead Elective where many students would come for guidance on many aspects of this technique including proper patient case management.

He is a current member of the Gonstead Clinical Studies Society and lectures throughout Central Florida about the cause and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries and is always researching new developments to help patients recover more quickly and achieve best results.

Always looking to better serve his patients, he has put together a complete multidisciplinary team to create a patient centered facility that helps each patient achieve a happier, healthier, and pain free life.

Dr. Tobenas currently resides in Lake Mary with his wife, Jennifer, and his 3 wonderful boys. When not at the office, you can find Dr. Tobenas enjoying golf, sailing, riding his bicycle, exercising, or just spending quality time with his family.
